Q and A

Frequently Asked Questions

Question:  Why are Adapted Living Solutions prices less than our competition?

Answer: Adapted Living Solutions prices are lower for 3 reasons:
1) We buy directly from a North American manufacturer;
2) We are not a franchise and therefore do not have to pay franchise fees;
3) We do not have a showroom or large store so our overhead costs are kept low.

Our aim is to provide an excellent product professionally installed at a reasonable price!

Question: Will the walk-in bathtub fit in my existing bathtub space?

Answer: Yes, our regular jetted or soaker tub fits into most bathtub or large shower stall spaces.  Installation is usually completed in one to two days from start to finish.

Question Is there a warranty on the walk in bathtub?

Answer: Yes. For the acrylic walk in tubs, the manufacturer has a Lifetime Limited Warranty on frame, door, door seal gasket, and acrylic walk in tub shell and a 5 Year parts warranty. For the Gel Coat walk in tubs, the manufacturer has a 25 Year Warranty on Tub Body, Lifetime Warranty on Door Seal and Air Jets; and a 5 Year Warranty on Faucet and Pumps. Adapted Living Solutions is a dealer for Ella’s Bubbles, LLC, the manufacturer.  Additionally, we guarantee the workmanship of our professional installers.

Question: I do not want to be cold while I sit in the tub as it is filling, what can I do?

Answer: Our massaging tubs come with two water diverters (one for the hand mixer and one for the spout) which allow you to enjoy the warm water from the pull out hand mixer as the spout is filling the tub. These diverters can be used independently or simultaneously.

Testimonials

"We are very pleased with our Ella Royal Walk-in bathtub. With my wife having undergone knee replacement surgery and another one required in about a year the installation of this bathtub makes it possible for her to continue to have regular baths which she prefers over the shower. The unit is very well constructed from our observation and feedback from the contractor who installed the unity, is spacious and stylish. We highly recommend this unit to anyone thinking in stalling a walk-in bath"
